The Bus tour will concentrate on properties that are in PRE-FORECLOSED or BANK OWNED properties.There are currently over 120 pre-foreclosed properties and 28 bank owned properties from Santa Rosa Beach to Rosemary Beach. Walton county is averaging over 15 properties per-week in foreclosure.

The tour is divided into three categories. The first category of homes and condos previewed are "fixer uppers" in the moderate price range. The second is moderately priced properties perfect for first time or second home buyers. The third is higher priced properties. Several of the the medium and higher priced homes are "move in ready" properties.

We select homes we believe are excellent values. You will receive information on what lenders expect when making an offer and we have lenders available now to help you get prequalified. Our goal is to help you secure and financing and purchase great properties having outstanding value. Snacks and drinks will also be available before and after the tour.
